The Kindle Center offers the ABLLS-R assessment, Functional Behavior Assessments, and social skills assessments.
ABLLS-R Assessment is a non-standardized assessment that gathers information on areas of strength and weakness in 25 different domains including, verbal behavior, everyday living skills, math, reading, etc. The results of The ABLLS-R are frequently used to develop successful IEPs.
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): FBAs determine the functions of behaviors. We will use direct and indirect methods of data collection including but not limited to interviews with parents and teachers, ABC (antecedent, behavior, consequence) data analysis, scatterplot analysis, direct observation, and behavioral questionnaires. Based on the results of an FBA, successful and function based behavior intervention plans can be designed and implemented.
Social Skills Assessment: The Kindle Center has developed a social skills assessment that will assess your child's ability to engage in age appropriate social skills. After the assessment is complete, a report and recommendations will be provided.
